Delivery  

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Most of our products are in stock and the rule is, ordered before 15.00 hours, delivered the next working day. 

Can I track my package?  

GLS/ standard deliveries

As soon as the parcel leaves our workshop you will automatically receive a Track & Trace number from GLS. So you can see exactly what the status of your order is and when the package will be delivered. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be offered again the next day. In this case you will receive a note from GLS with the reason why they could not deliver and when they will come again.

Can I make an appointment for delivery? 

For standard deliveries with GLS, we are dependent on the driver route of GLS, we have no influence on this and therefore we cannot schedule a delivery. If you have any questions about the delivery, please contact us on 088 240 00 60 or email us at info@gezondethuiswerkplek.nl.

If the delivery time changes, will I be notified automatically? 

If your product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you an indication of the new delivery time. 

I have ordered multiple products with different delivery times, how does this work?

My parcel was not delivered as desired. How can I report this?

First of all, it is very annoying that the package was not delivered as desired, we like to learn from these moments. Would you be able to call us at 088 240 00 60? Together we will find a suitable solution.

Part of my order has not arrived, what should I do?
